As a veteran Realtor selling Real Estate since 1977, I am proficient in all aspects required to assist you in buying or selling your property. There are many phases in every transaction and some pitfalls. Part of my job is to guide and educate you to your choices. By learning the market you will feel confident when it’s time to make decisions. No transaction is too small nor too large. I treat every person as if you are my only client and I limit how many clients I work with at the same time in order to provide the time and attention you deserve. You are not passed down to an assistant. Though I grew up in Dallas I’ve lived in Austin since 1980. During that time I’ve lived all over Central Austin remodeling and learning neighborhoods (NW Hills, Highland Hills, Tarrytown, Brykerwoods, Allandale, Hyde Park, Travis Heights, East Austin and Dripping Springs). I worked for developers in the 90’s developing subdivisions from Great Hills, Westlake all the way to Lake Pointe. My expertise range in lots, new construction, condos, townhomes, investment properties, residential resales and remodeling. Real Estate has been a perfect fit. Everyday is different, no sale the same. I work as a team member with my client. The more I understand your goals I can make those mine saving you time and headaches. I can refer proven lenders, Title companies, contractors, lawyers and stagers. I care deeply about my clients and provide opinions highlighting what I perceive as the positives and negatives. I go beyond what is considered “Real Estate” to assist you and remain available after the sale. The majority of my clients are past clients, friends and or family of past clients. Compatibility and trust are important factors in every transaction. Personal info: I attended UT Austin, but graduated from Southern Methodist University on the Dean's List with Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Art History and a minor in German. A highlight of my education was spending a semester living with a family in Graz, Austria while attending the University of Graz. I have traveled, am devoted to my wonderful son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters and beloved friends. I enjoy cooking, reading, book club and walking town lake. I am a home body and love homes, especially remodeling to bring out their true beauty and architecture. Since real estate is constantly changing I continue taking classes, gaining certifications and awards all to offer superior service. I go above and beyond in everything I take on just because that is who I am. People ask what all the alphabet of letters stand for below Realtors names, they represent Certifications, Education and Experience. I value the Certifications that not only require education, but also require achievement of a high number of sales, price points and endorsements. I am a past member of Elite 25, current member of RRC Residential Real Estate Council, CLHMS Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and TAN Top Agent Network. I also have certifications in Senior Home Specialist, New Home Specialist, Negotiating Specialist and others. I love learning.

A native Austinite, I grew up in Westlake and received a double-degree from UT Austin. I began my real estate career in 2008, and was fortunate to become a multi-million dollar top producer in a short period of time. Previously, I worked extensively in high-tech marketing, most recently at Advanced Micro Devices, where I managed ~$20M in marketing program funds. As a seasoned Realtor who works citywide, I represent all aspects of real estate, from first time homebuyers, to luxury home sales, to veteran investors. As an experienced negotiator, I’ve been known to help my clients save significant time and money. I represent my clients with keen insight, the highest ethical standards and spiritual integrity. In the Zen tradition, I measure my success by the value of my contribution to my clients and their happiness, which ultimately brings me more success! Coming from a high-tech corporate background, and as a top real estate agent, my clients are assured they always will receive the highest professional standards and service.
